Second of all, because not telling the truth might negatively take up my own career and put in danger employees working under inappropriate conditions, which might negatively affect their health. Thus, I would inform the management team about my finding, and negotiate with them the best possible way out of the situation. Thus, I would inform the remaining employees about the occupation and then set an obligatory rule to wear hearing protection at work. Apart from it, I will gather all six workers and vocal and ask them to write an official explanation of the situation. As a result, the gap in an operating charter will be filled in mold to avoid similar situations in the future. Although such a decision might negativly affect the reputation of Frank, the truth needs to be revealed for a sake of employees offbeat and enterprises security not even mentioning that such a decision is the only possible one I can make if I want to be honest and dedicated to my work.
